GMAT is a computer adaptive test i.e. questions in this exam are decided on the basis of your ability to answer. This paper consists of four sections in which the ability of the applicant is tested in different fields. Why is the GMAT exam required?
This exam is required for admission to MBA
courses in foreign universities. This exam is conducted by an institute named
GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council). After passing this exam,
admission in about 7,100 management courses can be taken. This exam is
conducted at 600 centers in 114 countries.
GMAT registration process
This exam can be given 5 times in 12 months.
The registration process for the exam is open throughout the year. However,
everything depends on exam dates and availability of exam centers. Registration
for this exam can be done at mba.com. About 2 lakh applicants give this exam
every year. Apart from this, applicants can also register by calling GAMC's
Customer Care. Apart from this, you can send fees by post which can be sent
through money order and check.
Qualification for GMAT exam
There is no fixed qualification to take this
exam because it is just qualifying exam, after passing this exam, where you
want to take admission, the qualification is already decided, so it is up to

has different rules and laws. Certain standards have been set such as that the
age should not be below 18 years and at least a graduation degree. There is no
upper limit to test.

What should be the GMAT score
The score range in this exam is 200-800 and
each management institute asks for different GMAT scores. According to GAMC,
two-thirds of applicants score between 400-600. Different scores are counted in

If we talk about the average score, a score of 650-790 is
considered to be good for admission in the Institute of Foreign Management. The
score is released three weeks after the end of the exam.
