The Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, often referred to simply as LeBow, is the business school of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in business administration to nearly 4,000 students and encompasses an alumni network of more than 30,000 business professionals.

In early October, we staged a two-day celebration to open and dedicate our 12-story Gerri C. LeBow Hall, named for the late wife of our namesake, Bennett S. LeBow. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett, Drexel President John A. Fry, and many of our leading alumni supporters joined us for the festivities. Donors large and small were instrumental in making this dream a reality.
In the words of President Fry: “This new building will transform business education at Drexel and affirm LeBow College’s stature as one of the nation’s premier business schools.” Classes began in G Hall, as it is now called by our students, in September. The building boasts of 17 classrooms organized around a dramatic central atrium; the classrooms vary in size and configuration to support lectures, group learning and collaboration on projects. Most classrooms have videoconferencing and lecture-capture capabilities, providing our professors and students with the latest in teaching technology.
