he Raj Soin College of Business is committed to providing quality education that is both broad based and professionally relevant; to creating an environment that fosters faculty development and strengthens the college's links with the external community; and to exceeding the high standards of personal and professional conduct advanced by AACSB International, which accredited the college's M.B.A. program in 1979. As a result of this commitment to teaching, research, service, and outreach, the university's mission extends to the growth and development of the metropolitan Dayton area and Miami Valley, and explores problems that have local, state, regional, national, and international applications.

The Raj Soin College of Business offers degree programs leading to the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, the Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Social and Applied Economics, the Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Logistics  Management, and the Master of Accountancy (M.Acc.) degree. Each student's program is planned on an individual basis, taking into consideration the student's background, needs, and objectives.
