Wright State University, located 12 miles northeast of downtown Dayton, Ohio, serves nearly 18,000 students and offers more than 230 undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional degree programs through eight colleges and three schools. The university also operates a branch campus, Wright State University–Lake Campus, on the shores of Grand Lake St. Marys in Celina, Ohio.Wright State University was named to honor aviation pioneers Orville and Wilbur Wright, who invented the world's first successful airplane in their Dayton bicycle shop. In fact, the Wright brothers conducted most of their early test flights at Huffman Prairie, just a short drive from our Dayton campus.

Each student's program is planned on an individual basis, taking into consideration the student's background, needs, and objectives. This allows any program to be built on the student's undergraduate work in business, the arts, sciences, engineering, or other fields of study.

admission to the M.B.A. or Master of Accountancy program requires submission of the form "Application for Admission to a Graduate Status" to the Graduate School Office. All applicants for admission to a degree program must pay the application fee, submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended, submit a current resumé, and direct Educational Testing Service to forward an official score report to Wright State for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). International applicants must submit an official score report for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of at least 550/213 or a band of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System test. Applicants must have an earned baccalaureate degree (or the equivalent) from a regionally accredited institution.
